The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet our growth targets. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and align with our business objectives.
Job Description:
- Must have basic knowledge about Digital Marketing.
- Getting right database, interaction with prospects, and convert into end client for digital marketing.
- Good in getting database from LinkedIn and other sources to find the prospects.
- Writing proposals and customized PPT for prospects.
- Education prospective clients and how digital marketing can help.
- Analysis of existing clients and sharing their weak points to improve Leads, Sales etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the digital sales landscape, including basic knowledge Digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication Skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is must.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (only regular)
- Experience: 3-6 Years
